Can Tran-Star Executive provide on-site coordinators and meet & greeters?

Yes, we can provide you with on-site coordinators and meet and greeters for your group. Ask one of our representatives for more details.


Do you monitor my flight? Do I have to call you if my flight is delayed?

Tran-Star Executive has a satellite tracking system that updates your flight arrival information every three minutes. If your flight is delayed, canceled or diverted we know about it.


Does Tran-Star Executive offer discounts for groups?

How do I get a price quote on-line?

This is how it is entered: City, State and if it’s an airport just enter the 3 letter airport code. If the price you are looking for doesn’t come up, please call our reservation center


How do I make a reservation on-line?

First, you must create a client profile in our reservation section of our website. Then fill out the necessary information in our reservation section and ultimately you will receive a confirmation number once you finish making the reservation. If you are work for one of our corporate clients, then you must call our reservation center to receive you company’s code.


If I already use Tran-Star Executive already, do I have to create a client profile on-line?

Yes, you have to create a profile on-line in order to make reservations on-line.


If I made a reservation over the phone can I change that reservation on-line?

No, only reservations on-line can be changed on-line.


When can I make a reservation?

Anytime, our operations are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.


Where do you meet the passenger at the airport?

On domestic flights the chauffeur will meet you in the baggage claim area holding a sign with your last name on it. On international flights the chauffeur will meet you outside customs holding a sign with your last name on it.
